02 Grades
RON 98 gasoline, Euro 5 & EN 228
RON 98 gasoline with sulfur up to 10 ppm may be supplied within modern low-sulfur gasoline programs and is frequently associated commercially with Euro 5 fuel terminology.
EN 228 establishes requirements for unleaded petrol, but RON 98 is a higher-octane grade rather than a separate EN 228 standard.
A RON 98 cargo can be supplied against EN 228-based requirements where the complete applicable specification is contractually required and all relevant quality parameters are met.
