ALGHAF MARINE FZCO supplies EN590 10 ppm / ultra-low sulphur diesel for international bulk transactions under FOB, CIF and STS terms.
Supply is not limited to a single origin or loading port. Non-sanctioned origin options are available for selected cargo programs, with the applicable supply structure determined according to allocation, volume, destination and shipment window.
Final commercial terms, origin and execution location are confirmed for the specific transaction.
Buyers using legacy RFQ terminology may also refer to D2 Gasoil or Automotive Gas Oil (AGO), subject to specification. Those labels are not EN590 10 ppm unless that grade is written into the SPA.
02 Origin
Non-sanctioned origin EN590 diesel
Non-sanctioned origin EN590 10 ppm diesel is available for selected destinations and cargo programs where buyer compliance requirements, destination rules or transaction structure call for alternative origin options.
Depending on current allocation, execution may be structured through UAE / Fujairah, Mediterranean · Egypt, ARA, Southeast Asia / OPL, Black Sea or other approved transaction-specific locations.
ALGHAF MARINE FZCO does not treat a loading port as proof of product origin. Final origin is confirmed through the applicable transaction and cargo documentation.
03 Specification
EN590 diesel specification — ULSD 10 ppm
Final EN590 parameters are defined in the commercial offer and SPA and confirmed by the applicable batch-specific quality documentation.

EN590 / ULSD quality standards
EN590 is the principal European specification framework for automotive diesel fuel. The exact contractual specification, seasonal grade and destination-specific requirements are defined for the individual cargo.
ULSD 10 ppm means ultra-low sulphur diesel with a maximum sulphur content of 10 parts per million. Summer and winter grades may differ in cold-flow properties, particularly CFPP, depending on climate class and destination practice.
04 Delivery
Quality, certification & independent inspection
Quality and quantity verification is performed according to the contractual procedure stated in the SPA.
Inspection may be carried out by SGS, Bureau Veritas, CCIC or another agreed independent inspection company at the applicable contractual milestone.
Cargo-specific CoA and inspection documentation relate to the specific contractual batch. Historical or unrelated reports are not presented as proof of a current cargo.
EN590 delivery terms — FOB, CIF & STS
FOB
EN590 may be offered FOB from the loading point available for the applicable cargo program. The confirmed port, laycan and operational requirements are stated in the commercial offer and SPA.
CIF
CIF supply may be evaluated to the buyer’s nominated destination. Final pricing reflects origin, freight, insurance, destination, cargo size and shipment window.
STS
STS execution may be available at approved locations subject to cargo allocation, vessel compatibility, operational approvals and contractual conditions.
Execution regions
Potential execution regions may include UAE / Fujairah, Mediterranean · Egypt, ARA, Southeast Asia / OPL, Black Sea and other transaction-specific locations.
Novorossiysk may remain available for relevant Black Sea cargo programs but is not the exclusive loading point for EN590 supplied by ALGHAF MARINE FZCO.

Not automatically. EN590 is the European 10 ppm ultra-low sulfur diesel specification. D2 is a CIS / RFQ distillate designation often referenced to GOST 305-82. Automotive gas oil (AGO) is separate tender language. See D2 Gasoil and AGO unless EN590 is written into the SPA.

How are transaction funding instructions issued?
